Tahini Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1 18 oz jar of basic, unflavored tahini with natural oil included1 cup apple cider vinegar1 cup tarragon vinegar1/4 cup soy sauceJuice of 6 key limes or 2 large limes1tbsp onion powder 1tbsp garlic powder 2tbsp dill2tbsp chili powder (the ground chile pod NOT the seeds, or use paprika)pepper to taste* Water or broth to taste (about 2-4 cups, depending on the consistency you want)
Directions
Put the tahini in a bowl and combine with all of the wet ingredients and its own oil until a smooth paste forms. Add the spices. Add water until the desired consistency is created (here, wet for a salad dressing). Chill in the refrigerator overnight. Use as a salad dressing or sandwich spread.
