Mushroom gravy

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, choppedMushrooms, fresh, 1/2 cup, pieces or slices*Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp*Canola Oil, .5 cup *Eagle Mills All Natural AP Unbleached Flour, 1/4 cup Garlic, 2 cloves Nutritional yeast, 2 tbspVegetable Broth, 2 cupLemon Juice, 1 tbsp3 fresh sage leaves1 tsp poultry seasoningSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a medium sauce pan heat oil to medium high heat. Add onion and mushrooms, cook for about 2-3 minutes. Then lower heat to medium and add soysauce, garlic and nutritional yeast. Cook another 2-3 minutes. Then add your flour and whish vigorously to a paste. Then gradually add your vegetable broth. Add your sage and poutlry seasoning and lemon juice. Serve over anything really.. Mashed potatoes, Lentle loaf.. etc.
