2 lbs part skim ricotta1/4 tsp cardamom or corianderfresh ground nutmeg1/2 cup sugar32 oz half and half2 to 4 Tb crushed pistachio (optional)
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix ricotta, sugar and spices. Add mixture to baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Cut into 24 pieces. Cover with half and half (and pistachios if desired.) Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Makes 24 servings.
