Ingredients
one bag (2 lbs) pinto beansone package, (1 lb) 95% fat free hamspicespickle relishchopped onionwater
Directions
Soak pintos overnight, put in crock pot with plenty of water

add spices and ham, simmer on low for 9 hours

serve 2 ladles full, add a table spoon of chopped onions and relish, and eat hot.

Makes a righteous dinner, keeps you full and energized.
