Peanut Butter French Toast

Ingredients
8 slices of bread, thin4 tbsp of smooth peanut butter1 egg, large1/2 cup 2% milk1 tsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamon1 cup lite syrup
Directions
Use cooking spray to prepare pan.

Mix egg, milk, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl.

Dip bread into mixture and then cook until desired toasted texture.

Spread 1 tbsp of peanut butter on one slice of french toast, then cover with another to make a "sandwich".

Cover with 1/4 cup of syrup and serve.

Makes 4 servings.
