Simple Vegetable curry

Ingredients
fresh cauliflour - 1 headPotato, raw, 3 cup diced Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 canPataks Korma Paste, 100 gram(s) (1/3 of a jar)Pataks Creamed Coconut, 50 gram(s)
Directions
This makes around 5 servings as a 1 pot meal: if serving with other dishes it would go further.

The calorie count could be reduced by not using the extra coconut .

Cube the potaoe and cauliflour including outer leaves. Boil with a little salt til tender.
Strain the vegetable
Add the paste and coconut with a little water to a large pan - a wok is ideal. Add chickpea and vegetables and stir until all ingerdients covered with paste.
