Tasty Barbecued Chicken

Ingredients
4 Chicken thighs with skin and bone3 tbsp of Tandoori Spice Curry Powder3 tsp of ground black pepper2 Knorr Stock Cubes (use 1 if you like it bland)2 tbsp of water
Directions
Using a fork, poke a few small holes around each chicken thigh.
Place the chicken thighs in a plastic bowl and pour the water over them.
Pour in the seasonings and mix. Leave to stand for 25 minutes in the frigde or on the kitchen top.
In a pre-heated oven (180 degrees celcius), place the seasoned chicken thighs in a baking pan. pour the seasoning over the thighs and leave to cook for 40 minutes.
Turn chicken once during cooking.

Serve warm with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes and a tbsp of light mayonnaise.
