Whole Wheat Parmesan Garlic Spinach Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients
Boboli 100% Whole Wheat Crust 10 oz.Classico Light Parmesan Alfredo Sauce, 0.25 cup Kraft Mozzarella, 2 Percent, 0.5 cupSpinach, fresh, 1 cup leavesMushrooms, fresh, 8 large, slicedGarlic, 6 cloves (roasted)Pam Olive Oil cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cook mushrooms slightly in Pam Olive Oil cooking spray and set aside. Spread 6 roasted garlic cloves on Boboli crust. Next, spread 1/4 cup of light parmesan alfredo sauce over crust. Sprinkle on one cup of fresh spinach leaves, 1/2 cup 2% milk shredded mozzarella cheese, and top with cooked mushrooms.


Bake in 450 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes, watching to make sure toppings don't get overcooked.
