Mom's Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sugar1/2 cup oil 1 cup white flour3/4 cup wheat flour2 eggs1/3 cup water1 tsp baking soda1 cup mashed bananas3/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Mash bananas well. Mix all ingredients by hand. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Makes one loaf (16 slices).

(substitute bananas for 1 cup of zucchini or pumpkin to make a yummy variation!)
