Brown Rice with Black Beans, Corn, and Ground Turkey

Ingredients
1 C cooked Brown Rice1 can Black Beans, drained1 can Sweet Corn, drained4 oz Ground turkey, browned4 Tbs Salsa of your choice
Directions
Brown ground turkey in a hot, non-stick pan. Cook it until the juices are essentially gone. Add in the drained cans of Black Beans and Corn. Mix gently so as to keep the beans from getting mushy.

Add the brown rice now, or serve separately.

Add the salsa, mix gently. Let it heat to blend flavors.
