Heat the wok with the oil. Add the ginger and onion, stir until fragrant. Add the other vegetables and stir fry until crisp tender. I usually use leftover beef in this, broiled or cooked beef. You can also stir fry the meat separate. It's a quick recipe. Throw some rice in the rice cooker and this will be finished about the same time.
