spinach-mushroom sautee

Ingredients
spinach-fresh-1 bunch-cut into small (2") green chillies-3-5 cut into piecesonion-1cup of chopped onionbaby portabella mushrooms-2 cupsvegetable masalaturmeric-1 tsf
Directions
Cut and prep the veggies after washing all of them.Heat a tbsp of olive oil and then pop some mustard and dried red chillies-in which one adds the spinach and mushrooms.
Add the spices and salt to tase.
Cook till spinach is wilted and the mushrooms cooked.Enjoy as a side dish!
