Corn and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
6 ears of corn5 medium tomatoes, halved, seeded, and chopped2/3 c. finely chopped red onionDressing:1/4 c. olive oil2T white whine vinegar1T fresh lime juice2t packed brown sugar1 clove garlic3T cilantrosalt and pepper to taste
Directions
boil corn for 12 minutes. remove corn from cob. In a large bowl, mix corn, tomatoes, and red onion. Combine dressing ingredients in a food processor and puree. Before serving, stir dressing into salad.
