Smores Brownies

Ingredients
! box brownie mix2 cups mini marshmellows4 graham cracker squares2 hershey bars
Directions
Make brownies as directed on box. When finished cooking Immediately place mini marshmellows on top-spread out. Break graham crackers into pieces and place on top of marshmellows. Broil for 30 seconds on broiler to toast the marshmellows. Keep and eye on the marshellows so they don't burn. Once marshmellows are browned, place broken pieced of hershey bar over top. Let the brownies cool for a few minutes but they are easier to cut while still warm.

    The graham crackers got pretty dark when I put them with the marshmallows under the broiler, and a little hard to distinguish. I think next time I'm going to try to add the graham crackers with the chocolate pieces at the end and let them melt together on top of the marshmallows. - 4/17/15
