Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 4 oz*Onion, red (raw), 2 tbspWater, tap, 4 fl oz*Food Merchant’s Brand Polenta Traditional Italian, 30 gram(s) Beans, red kidney, .5 cup tin tomatoes
Directions
Make the instant Polenta following instructions on the pacakge.
Make the Bolognese sauce to your preferences:
brown the mince beef
chop onion and soften
add a tin of tomatoes (or your own home made Passata)
add a tin of Kidney beans if you want to spice this more like a chilli dish.
