Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Cake:1 Cup whole wheat flout1/2 Cup all-purpose flour1/2 Cup splenda1+1/2 tsp baking powder1+1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp salt3/4 Cup milk skim2 tbs lite butter (melted)1 tsp vanilla extract1 large egg, lightly beaten1 Cup diced & peeled granny smith apple (one apple)cooking sprayTopping:1/4 Cup splenda1/4 Cup brown sugar1 tbs all-purpose flour1 tbs whole wheat flour1/2 tsp ground cinnamon2 tbs chilled butter, cut into pieces
Preheat oven to 350F
CAKE:
Put flours, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt into a bowl and mix. Make a well in the middle of mixture.
Add milk, melted butter, vanilla and egg. Stir until just moistened. Stir in apples.
Pour into 8 inch square pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
TOPPING:
Combine brown sugar, flours, cinnamon and butter with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of cake.
Bake 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes before serving.
