Banana Bread (no oil, no sugar, no butter)

Ingredients
2C (300g) flour1C Splenda1 Tbsp (10 g) baking powder1/2 Tsp salt2 over-ripe bananas1/3C (80ml) milk 1/4C (65g) sweetened applesauce1 medium egg
Directions
Combine flour, Splenda, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Mash up bananas and add to flour mixture. Add milk, applesauce, and egg... mix until dry ingredients are moist. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and add mixture (it should be gummy). Bake for one hour on 350 degrees or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
