Ingredients
4 or 5 potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks and boiled4 hard boiled eggs, choppedchopped red onion2T white vinegar1/4 c to 1/2 c greek yogurt
Directions
Once potatoes and eggs are reasonably cool, mix everything together and chill.
