Apple Raisin Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 C. Brown Sugar, Packed1/2 C. Sugar1 C. Butter (2 sticks), Softened1 Teas Vanilla2 Large Eggs1 Teas Cinnamon1 1/2 C. Flour1 Teas Baking Soda1 Teas Salt3 C. Rolled Oats1 C. Raisins1 Large Granny Smith Apple, peeled and chopped
Directions
Beat butter, sugars and vanilla together. Add eggs one at a time and beat. Add dry ingredients slowly and beat. Mix in oats and fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes.
