Ground Beef Zucchini Lasagne

Ingredients
3 cups cooked 93% lean ground beef8 uncooked lasagna whole wheat noodles2 cups sliced zucchini (approx. 3 zucchini)1 large nonfat cottage cheese2-8oz cans of tomato sauce1 pkg. of thick & zesty spaghetti sauce mix
Directions
Preheat over to 350`
Lightly spray 9x13 baking pan with nonstick spray.
Spread ground beef on bottom of pan.
Sprinkle 2 tsp. of spaghetti sauce mix over GB and stir.
Then layer all of zucchini, then noodles-(one crosswise at bottom, and then the cottage cheese.
Mix well the remaining spaghetti sauce mix, 2 cans of tomato sauce and 1/2 can of water together. Pour over top spreading evenly. Cover with foil and cook for 1 hr.
If you want to add mozzarella cheese, add it after it has cooked for 60 mins.and then cook uncovered approx. 20 minutes or until cheese is golder brown. (If you add the cheese add the amount of calories to the calorie total.)

    I used 2 cups of Ground turkey, instead of the 3 cups of ground beef to cut the calories and fat down a little bit more! But OMG.....it was Great!!!!! My hubby liked it so well, he says we can have this like 4 times a week and fish the other three! LOL.
