Beet Salad

Ingredients
7 cups cubed boiled beets1/4 c olive oil1/4 c balsamic vinegar2 tbsp cider vinegar2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce1 tbsp honey1 tbsp dijon mustardjuice of 1 lime
Directions
Makes 14 - 1/2 cup servings
Boil the beets. Peel and cube
Place in container with lid.
Mix the remaining ingredients and add to beets.
Put on the lid and give it a good shake.
Chill.
Gets better the longer it is in the fridge.
