Light Blueberry pancakes/waffles

Aunt Jemima whole wheat pancake mix - 2 cups2 eggs1 6 oz light blueberry yogurt1 3/4 cups water
Directions
Mix all ingredients and cook on griddle or use waffle iron.

Makes about 16 pancakes. Serving size nutritional values are per pancake without syrup.
Very good served with sugar free maple syrup (which has only 30 calories per serving)
