Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cupCarlini Vegetable Shortening (Aldi), 24 tbspEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cupBaking Soda, .5 tspBaking Powder, 2 tspSalt, .5 tspCinnamon, ground, 1 tspGinger, ground, 1 tbspCloves, ground, 1 tspcanned pumpkin, 1.25 cup1 c. skim milk, 1.5 serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 13 x 9 pan. Mix all ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool. Cut into 12 servings.
