LF low cholesterol WW zucchini bread

Ingredients
3/4 c. egg substitute1 c. honey1 c. unsweetened applesauce1 T. vanilla extract2 c. shredded zucchini2 C. whole wheat flour1 t. cinnamon1 t. baking soda1 t. salt1/2 t. baking powder
Directions
Mix all together until just mixed. Pour into 2 prepared loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Makes ten good sized slices per loaf.
