Egg Beaters Southwestern, 1 cupChi-Chi's Multi-Grain Tortillas (Fajita Style)Banquet Brown & Serve Turkey Sausage Links - 4 linksSargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese (1/4 cup)Salsa, .25 cup (remove)
Heat sausage links according to package instructions and chop sausages into small pieces.
Pour 1/4 cup Egg Beaters and one chopped sausage link into a non-stick pan over medium. Cook according to package instructions.
warm one tortilla shell in microwave.
Spoon in cooked eggs and sausage, add 1 tbsp of salsa and 1 tbsp of cheese.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
