Shrimp tacos with pineapple salsa

Ingredients
Filling.....24 medium shrimp1/2 lemon, juiced1 tbsp pepper1 tbsp cayenne pepper1 tbsp ground cumin2 Mission whole wheat tortillas Salsa.....1 large slice pineapple 1 large slice tomato1 large slice onion1 small jalapeno
Directions
mix lemon juice, pepper, cayenne and cumin in a bowl. Toss in shrimp and let marinade for 10 min. While shrimp are marinating dice pineapple, tomato, onion and jalapeno, let set. In a hot grill pan or skillet place shrimp and let cook 2 min on each side.

warm tortilla in microwave, add 12 shrimp and 2tbsp of salsa to each tortilla.
Serve with slice of grilled pineapple.
