Ingredients
Ground Turkey, 1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw (remove) Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped (remove) Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove) Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1.50 cup, chopped or sliced (remove) El Paso Enclidad sauce, 4.50 serving (remove) mission 96% fat free whole wheat wraps (medium size), 10 serving (remove)Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 1.5 cup (remove)*Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp (remove)
Directions
cook turkey, onion, bell peppers. while cooking cook rice. when rice is down add to meat mixture. add only 1/2 of the sauce to the mixture. fill wraps then roll each wrap and place in baking dish. pour remaining sauce over wraps top wilh cheese. bake for 15-20 min at 350

    This was ok, as another reviewer said I found it very bland, even though I replaced the brown rice with Mexican rice. I would probably not make this again. - 8/23/10

    This was very tasty, but my hubby thought it was a bit bland. He likes really spicy foods, so I think next time we make it, we'll add some chopped jalopeno. - 8/21/10
