3 c. bread Flour9 fl oz. water2 Tbsp. granulated sugar1 tsp. salt1 Tbsp. butter2.25 tsp active yeast
Combine ingredients and knead until smooth, add flour if too sticky. Let rise 60 min. Shape and let rise 40 min.Set timer for additional 10 min while you preheat oven to 350F.
Bake 350F for 35 minutes. Turn out of pan or off sheet onto wire rack to cool.
Makes 1 - 1 1/2lb. loaf with 24 - 1 oz slices
