Ingredients
Ingredients:2 cups Barley, pearled,½ cup Mung Dahl3½ cups Water 6 cardamom pods3 curry leaves ¼ tsp Sea Salt,
Directions
Wash and then soak Dahl in 2 cups water for 8 hours.
Wash Barley, and then add all the ingredients to the boiling water. Cover and simmer for 45 min. Serve warm.
