Ingredients
2 cups zucchini, chopped1 cup onion, chopped2 cups tomato, chopped3 cloves garlic, chopped2 cups bulgur wheat1/4 cup olive oil1/2 cup balsalmic vinaigrette
Directions
makes 16 servings.
mix together zucchini, onion, tomato, garlic. prepare bulgur wheat by instructions on container. add wheat to salad. drizzle olive oil and basalmic vinegar over all and mix. Salad will blend flavors over time.
