Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients
1 Granny Smith Apple chopped (very small pieces)1 Golden Delicious Apple chopped (very small pieces)2 tbsp ground Cinnamon1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract2 tsp Baking Powder1/2 Cup Splenda1/2 Cup Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain1 Large Egg1/4 Cup Nonfat Milk1 Cup of All Purpose Flour1 Cup of Whole Wheat Flour
Directions
- Chop apples into very small pieces and cook them in a pan with just enough water to keep them from touching the pan. Add water and cook until apples are soft enough to mash.
-Mash apples and add to a bowl
-Add in all other ingredients and whisk together (it should be very sticky)
-Spoon into muffin tin
-Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes

(Mine made 22 small muffins. Only 56 calories apiece and they're tasty!)
