Garlic Chicken Alfredo

1lb Chicken chest (cut into bite size pieces), 1 medium onion chopped, 4 carrots sliced in rounds, 1 cup mushrooms (fresh or canned sliced or pieces), 3 cups brocolli (fresh or frozen), garlic 1 tsp. (or more to taste), slat and pepper to taste, 8oz. spaghetti, Ragu garlic alfredo sauce (2cups) and parmesan cheese (grated to taste) olive oil (divided)
Cook pasta according to package directions. Cut chicken into bite sizes. Heat a 12" skilett on med-hi and add 1 tbs. olive oil to brown chicken. Remove the chicken and keep warm. Then add another tbs. olive oil and saute` the onion and carrots until tender crips. Add mushrooms and continue until soft. Remove and add last tbs. of olive oil plus brocolli. Saute` for 3-4 minutes. (be sure to salt & pepper all the veggie and chicken) After brocolli is sauted return the rest of the veggies and the chicken to the skillett and toss to blend. Pour the alfredo sauce over the mixture and heat unitl it bubbles.
To serve drain pasta and plate. Add sause on top and serve with garlic bread.
