1 c whole wheat flour1/2 C Old fashion oats1 tsp baking soda1/4 c splenda brown sugar1 c pumpkin pie mix1/2 c apples shredded1/2 c applesauce unsweetened2 eggwhites1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmed3/4 tsp salt
mix dry igredients add wet ingrediets. Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin pan with no cal sray or line with cupcake cups. To save 16 calories per muffin use canned pumpkin. Bake for 20 to 25 mins.
