Oatmeal Brulee

Ingredients
* 1 cup oats * 1 cup milk * 1/2 cup vanilla hemp milk (you could just use all skim) * 1 tsp vanilla * 2 pinches salt * Generous sprinkle cinnamon * 1 small banana, sliced * 1/4 cup egg whites * About 2 tbsp chopped walnuts (the STAR ingredient!)I left out the sugar in the original recipe because I used the vanilla hemp milk. I baked this guy for 30 minutes at 375*, removed it and set the broiler, topped with 2 heaping tablespoons of brown sugar, smoothed out evenly, and broiled for about 2 minutes.
