Katrin's Oily Ceasar salad

Romaine LettuceOlive Oil (I tend to use light tasting oil)Ground mustardWorcestershire saucesaltPepperGarlicParmesan Cheese
Cut or shred your lettuce and put in bowl. Add parmesan cheese to the lettuce. In a measuring cup add oil, worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well then add garlic. Pour into lettuce bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Makes 8 1 cup servings (but I usually eat at least 2!!)
