Lima Beans, .5 cupBeans, pinto, .5 cup Beans, navy, .5 cup Beans, great northern, .5 cup Water, tap, 8 cup *Rapunzel vegetable boullion, No salt added 4 cubesCarrots, raw, 2 (7-1/2") Onions, raw or frozen, 1 cup, choppedQuinoa, dry, 1 cup Garlic, 2 tsp Basil, 1 tbsp Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Sea salt to taste
Soak dried beans overnight. Chop carrots and onion and dice garlic. Add all ingredients to rice cooker or slow cooker in the morning. Press cook and enjoy for lunch or dinner.
