Avocado & Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed - cooked and roughly shredded Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup slices Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halvedCoriander fresh, chopped, handfulAvocado, California (Haas), 0.5 fruit without skin and seedOlive Oil, 1 tbsp White wine vinegar, 0.5 tbsp Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Shred the cooked chicken
Slice the avocado and cucumber.
Toss everything together and drizzle with the oil and vinegar dressing
