Chicken Stir Fry - Suz

Ingredients
Mixed Vegetables, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) Brown Rice, medium grain, 1.5 cups cookedSoy Sauce, .5 cup Egg, 2 large, fried in cooking spray and dicedChicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces, cooked and cut up
Directions
Fry egg in wok using spray. Add Prepaired veggies as instructed on package (steam, microwave, poach...). Add remaining ingredients (cooked chicken, cooked rice, the eggs (chopped) and sauce). Sautee together and serve.
