12 servings with 1/2 pound of pasta? I don't see how. Sorry No wonder the calories are so low. - 5/20/11

Tweaked this a little by using whole wheat pasta and added lean ground beef, a can of diced tomatoes and shredded parmesan cheese. My hubby went crazy for this! All three kids ate it too! Thanks for a great recipe! - 1/6/10

Quick and easy, but there is no way it serves 12 with just 1/2 a pound. I used the entire pound/box, which said served 8. - 11/20/11

This was pretty good. The ricotta seemed a little over much or maybe it was the brand I got (Lucerne). A little bland, could use mushrooms, diced tomatoes and a little fresh garlic to jazz it up. - 10/9/11
