Turkey Vegetable Burgers

Ingredients
2 pounds ground turkey1/3 C minced celery!/3 C minced green pepper1 clove minced garlic1 t cumin1 t hot pepper flakes1 t chili powder1/2 t salt1/2 t black pepper2 egg whites, slightly beaten1 slice whole wheat bread, crumbled
Directions
Gently mix all ingredients in large bowl. Form into 4 oz, patties. This patty will be lose set but it bakes very well.
Spray glass baking dish with cooking spray and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place turkey-veg patties in glass dish and bake for 15 min. Remove from oven carefully and turn patties. Bake an additional 10 min. Recipe yields 10 4oz. patties. Feel free to experiment with different spices. The celery, green pepper, and garlic MAKE this recipe.
