Ingredients
2 cups white long grain rice. 1 can of vienna sausage drained. 1 envelope sazon goya. 4 tbsp sofrito sauce. 1/4 c. tomato sauce. 1tbsp. salt
Directions
4 1-cup servings
Mix all the ingredients together then once it is bubbling add the rice mix until rice is covered with sauce/ingredients. Add 3 cups of water Mix again,. cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes
