Caramel Corn

2/3 cup unpopped popcorn, (makes about 10 cups popped)4TBs Butter1/4 cup sugar2TBS water
Directions
oil or air pop popcorn, the nutrition info is for oil popped
Melt butter, add sugar, and water and whisk and cook over medium heat until "foamy" pour over the popcorn and enjoy
