1 tbsp dijon mustard1/2 cup balsamic vinagrette1 tbsp sugar, white OR brownOlive Oil, 3 tbsp
in a blender, pour 1/2 cup balsamic, then add dijon mustard and sugar, start blending and then add 1 tbsp olive oil, blend, then add another, blend again and taste...add the 3rd tbsp if you want it to last longer or to cut back on the tang of the vinegar! drizzle lightly on salads!
