Crunch Tofu "Chix" Nuggets

Ingredients
*Nasoya Extra Firm Tofu (Whole Package), 1 serving *Dynasty Japanese Style Bread Crumbs, Panko, 1 cup *Silk Plain DHA Omega-3 & Calcium Soymilk, 1 cup *McCormicks dry BBQ seasoning, 4 tbsp *Onion Powder, 1 tsp Pepper, black, .25 tsp Honey, 1 tbsp *dry mixed herbs, 1 tsp *Flour, white, .5 cup Paprika, 1 tsp Salt, .5 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

1st: Organize dredging stations

1st: Put your panko into a ziplock baggy for coating. Mix your seasoning with panko.

2nd: Seperate bowl, mix your soymilk with honey.

3rd: Last bowl with flour and 1tbsp BBQ seasoning.

Once you organize your station start dredging your your nuggets starting from flour, soymilk, panko and add to a greased cooking sheet.

Once you have all of the nuggets together, spray with non-stick cooking spray on top of the nuggets and pop in the oven for 1hr or until brown. (Flip nuggets half way through cooking time to ensure even browning: 1/2hr in)

Remove from oven and let cool before serving. Makes enough to add to freezer for extra meals. Servings are 4 nuggets a piece.
