Homemade meat spaghetti sauce

Ingredients
* Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Mushrooms, fresh, .75 cup pieces * Ground beef, lean, 16 oz * Crushed Tomatoes, 800 grams * Tomato Sauce, 2 cup * Tomato Paste, 1 cup # *Garlic, raw (1 clove / serving), 4 serving * Basil, 4 tbsp * Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbled * Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp
Directions
Spray large saucepan with Pam or similar cooking spray. Brown beef until fully cooked; drain off fat. Add vegetables and garlic and cook until soft; do not brown. Add tomato products and herbs. Let simmer for 30-45 minutes, stirring frequently to avoid scorching. Makes about 12 servings.
