Pear and Feta Spinach Salad

Ingredients
spinach, freshpear (s)feta cheese pecans, choppedVermont Sugar-Free Maple-Flavored Syrupbalsamic vinegar
Directions
I eat this with a chicken breast or a piece of fish. I sub out pears for apples or blueberries as well.

I usually use the reduced fat feta as well. Bleu cheese makes a great substitution.

You can also use a store bought dressing.
