1 medium-sized peach (with or without skin)1 large banana1 medium or large orange
Cut up the peach and place in blender with peeled banana. Cut orange and squeeze juice into blender with the other fruit and blend. You can drink this smoothie as is, or if you prefer, pour into a popsicle mold and freeze until solid (usually a little over an hour).
This will make 4 large smoothie bars that taste fresh and delicious!
