Honey-Spice Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Flour, white,3/4 t. Baking Powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/8 t. Salt,1 t.Cinnamon, ground3/4 t.Allspice,2 Eggs, fresh1/4 c. Granulated Sugar2 T.Canola Oil1/2 c. Honey, 1/4 c. 0% fat Greek Yogurt3 pkts Truvia1 t. Lemon Peel1/4 c.Almond Raw Sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat loaf pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.
In another bowl beat eggs well, add sugar, oil, and honey. Beat until combined and mixture is pale yellow, stir in yogurt mixed with sweetner and lemon zest/peel.
Slowly incorporate flour mixture into egg mixture using electric mixer. Mix well, don't overbeat.
Pour batter into pan, sprinkle with almonds. Bake in middle of oven until toothpick comes out clean.Cool 15 min and remove from pan to wire rack. 12 Servings.
