Beef and Spinach Waggamamas Stirfry

0.25 lb veal slliced thin.Bundle (80g) Noodles1 cup Spinachclove garlic.5 Tbsp sesame oil1 Tbsp fish sauce.5 Tbsp oyster sauce.5 Tbsp canola oilsome ginger root
Chop everything up. Toast sesame seeds in frypan (dry fry.).
Boli noodles for 5 mins and set aside. Stirfry beef & ginger first, then garlic, spinach. Refresh noodles in cold water, then mix in with rest. Add all sauces, stir continuously. Serve with a squirt of lime juice and sprinkle sesame seeds.
