Portabello Mushroom Soup (Low fat)

Ingredients
4 C 99% Fat-free Chicken broth (low sodium)1 Small chopped onion2 Portabello mushroom caps (approx. 8 oz.)Coconut cooking sprayliquid Aminos (3 to 4 sprays)Approx. .25 tsp. of the following spices:Garlic powder (salt- free)Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning (salt-free)Dried BasilPaprikaGround Coriander SeedGround TumericGround CinnamonGround Cayenne Red PepperGround CuminDash of Salt and pepper
Directions
Spray the bottom of a 4 qt. soup pan with coconut cooking spray then add chopped onions and chopped Portabello mushrooms until slighly cooked. Add chicken broth and all the spices listed. Note: adjust spice amounts to your own taste. Cook soup for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Enjoy!
